Got some concerns about the kids

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

What if the kids get bored on the drive

The TV is clutch...with an array of kids DVD's, chess and cards to keep them occupied during the drive.

My kids are picky eaters

I get it...mine too! We can make simple kid dinners like buttered pasta, grilled cheese, hotdogs and burgers

What is the temperature range for mid-Late Summer

  • Daytime Highs: Ranging from mid 80's in higher elevation to mid 90's in the lower desert areas ( Trona + Alabama )
  • Nighttime Lows: Ranging from upper 40's in the mountain zones to around 70 in lower desert areas
  • Don't worry...the inside van has a heater, we have plenty of blankets and even provide disposable hand / feet warmers for sleeping

Is there down time between activities

Yep, the curated schedule is action packed, but there is plenty of down time. With which the kids can  take a nap in the van, read a book, learn how to make a camp fire and if needed get on devices briefly. We also provide various sporting equipment such as soccer + football + wiffle balls + frisbee.
